Physical fitness and
wellness are really significant for leading a happy and
well balanced life. Everyone wants to maintain one’s
physical fitness , one can perform routine work easily.
Physical fitness changes our life-style. If we want to
lead a healthy life, it is necessary to be a physically
fit. Keeping this in mind our college runs a Gymnasium
with all modern equipments . The facility is utilized by
our students, staff and Ex-students and outsiders.
